Default what about this set-up?

Was thinking about going with some pistons and rods for my ls1 and leaving the crank stock. What kind of power would you think this can hold? Also what kind of rpm range would I be able to go to considering valvetrain is top notch. Any recommendations on pistons/rods for a high hitting nitrous motor? Also what size pistons/reliefs and rod size should I go with? Im running AFR 205 heads and a .041 gasket and want to put a HUGE cam in the car now that P/V issues are out of the way. Thanks alot guys

Stock crank = strong.
Safely I don't have exact numbers it is good to...but I know it is higher.

7000 - 7500 should not be a problem, really depends on what the valvetrain can handle. Are you going go solid roller? The power limit will depend on what rods/pistons you go with. If you're planning on anything over a 200 shot I'd talk to manufacturers and get a custom nitrous specific piston. You may want to look into a progressive hit if you don't want to spend too much on the internals, this will soften the torque hit on the pistons/rods. How big of a shot are you planning on running?

im looking into doing a solid roller with a 7000-8000 RPM shift range (not shure yet most likely around 7500 or so) Im also going with a 300 shot. I would like to get it all done with a 395 stroker from lunati if it is possible on the stock block. Can the rotating assembly handle that rpm if it was balanced internally ( o balance flexplate and harmonic balancer) Also the power would most likely be in the 700-800 HP range and hope the block will be fine. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't expect to get 7500 rpms out of a 396 stroker. I'd look at something with more bore (382 all bore) if you're wanting a high reving combo. The block should be fine. Whatever you do, it will absolutley need to be balanced internally for those kind of R's.
For a 300 shot I'd say you'll definatley need some high end nitrous pistons.

Ok so go with a shorter rod for the higher rpms? What type of HP gains would I get from going with a 383 from the stock 346?
