Default Head and cam package?

Hey guys im getting another 01 trans am from this guy really cheap. (10000) It has a head and cam package and other upgrades like strange 12 bolt rear and many more supporting mods. The car has 70000 miles on it and I dont know how its been run. My plan is to swap the parts out onto my 01 TA and then make his car stock again to sell for a profit. Does anybody know how this will effect the life of my engine? Basically is it worth it and realistically what rwhp will this net me.
Thanks

both cars will need a new tune because if i read correct your installing h/c onto the car your keeping and then taking the car that currectly has the h/c setup and putting it back to stock, so both cars will need a tune. as for rwhp, it all depends on the h/c and intake...etc.

if he sawped computers he should be fine and not need a tune.I dont see the to bottom ends being that far apart.the rear end gear ratio may be a problem if it has a different ratio.but I am assuming you are going to swap that as well?

You can't do that because the VIN numbers are in the PCM

You can download the tune if it hasn't been locked using the same software and flash it to the other car.
