At what HP range do you think I should upgrade to forged internals? I'm a new owner looking at the sts kit....

550+ hp is getting up there. It could last along time at that level, or be ready to go boom at any time. If you go with the sts kit make sure you get a good tune, that will be the key to your engine living or not.

I wouldn't run a FI setup on a hypereutectic piston with over 10:1 anyway....you're just on borrowed time.
