Default Rocker Arm Question

I am installing a set of Comp Cams 13755 1.75 Roller Rockers on my 98 LS1 and was wondering who else was running them and what they thought about them. Also wanted to know if there was any clearance issues with the stock valve covers? The cam is a Comp 222/224 with .565 lift on both intake and exhaust. Are the studs that come with the kit 3/8" or 7/16" because I have to get some other lock nuts? Any other input about them would be appreciated such as adjustment, etc.

You must be talking about Magnum rockers.
Those are 1.75, 5/16th are what you need and you'll have clearance issues with your valve covers (nothing some custom grinding can't take care off though)

I'm running the Crane 1.8's with no clearance issues at all.I thought I would have some, but didnt.I put the covers on then pulled the injector fuses and spun it over.Luckily I had no problems and have been driving it for 2 weeks. No hitting.I'd try the covers first, before shelling out doe.You might not need them. Then again I dont know how different the Comps are from the Cranes.

You need to clearance the valvecovers...just some grinding..no big deal...but it wasnt even close.

Make sure you install them correctly... usually .008-.010" cold after zero lash cold with a dial indicator.
