Which pump would work best for road racing, a ported LS6 pump (12586665) that many Z06 T1 cars have been using for years, or do I need the 12571885 high volume pump (LS2?). Some people say that LS6 has enough volume and a high volume pump just keeps pumping the oil back through the bypass and that heats up the oil. What's your opinion.
