Piston Ring Question I bought some stock LS1 replacement rings (Sealed Power/Federal Mogul-1.5-1.5-3). Can these rings be used with a different brand of Pistons? Why or why not? Thanks!

They can if the pistons have the same bore and the same width ringlands. From my expirience, most pistons use 1/16" 1/16" 3/16" ringlands instead of 1.5mm 1.5mm 3.0mm.
