Default oil leak

I'm probably in the wrong spot to ask this. I've noticed the past couple of months that the bottom of my oil pan on my 98 z28 keeps becoming damp with oil. I'm not seeing anything on the ground but I hate loosing fluids. It appears to be coming from the most front part of the oil pan but is up above by the engine. Do I need to take action on this or do the ls1's tend to leak a little? Is it my pan gasket or something else? No oil is coming from my filter or my sending unit, so those are roled out. Any advice Is appreciated.

mine was just doin the same stuff after i got my oil pump installed and the shop thought the gasket was good but the oil pan gasket was bad and leaked a bit, so they put a new one on and no more leak so its most likely the pan gasket.

Could be the timing cover also. The bottom of the timing cover bolts to the front of the oil pan. check that seal as well.

Check the bottom of the timing cover as suggested and also the front main seal. That's the seal that the crank pulley slides into. Crawl under there and inspect it while your engine is running so you can find the leak.
