Default Valve spring install problem

I'm in the middle of a cam and valve train swap. I got the new cam in and commenced to swaping the valve springs. Everything was going good until i got to the third from the back, on the drivers side. The bolt twisted off in the rocker bolt hole. It twisted off flush and there were only two or three threads left on the bolt so it's pretty deep. The problem is i dont even have enough room to fit a drill in there to drill it out. I don't know if it was a hardened bolt i just had found it layin around. Short of tacking another bolt to it anybody have any ideas on how to get it out?

Short of pulling the head to get the room needed you could try using a right angle drill.
