Too close to call. Not a whole lot of hp difference. You will be happy with either.

What kind of spring life could you expect with the 233/239 cam?

I like that cam, thats the one I want to put in my car. There is a guy that made 435 cam only with that cam and bolt ons, thats my choice

The 233/239 gets my vote. If my cam does not work, thats what I'm going to get.

I have the 231/237 in my car. I love the power it makes. It pulls like a **** up top.

Gears, Heads, HVMC LT's and a 90/90 wake up the 231/237 across the entire rev range (it really is a top end cam otherwise). I was very happy with the available power it produced low/mid/high when it was paired with strong bolt-ons. My finalized setup was very ideal- it pulled strong up top (as it always did), but it also had good low/mid. I'd rather have that cam in there, performing such a task than a cam with more aggresssive lobes.
