Default What to put into a DD 408

Ok, I will be building a 408 here shortly fo my Silverado and I want to get some input from you guys on what to put in it to reach my goals.

Well, here is the important part...my goals!

-I want it to be Daily Drivable
-Id like to get between 425-475 rwhp
- Run a 200 shot of n2o(600+hp on juice)
-I want it N/A other than the nitrous
-I want to see my fat truck in the 11's on nitrous, 12's on motor.

Here are the basics of what I want on it(feel free to reccomend different things)

-eagle rotating assm. (how much dish in ther pistons?)
-nice cam with a nice powerband(specs?)
do I need dual springs?
Fast intake or ls6
-injectors?
-heads...,TEA stage 3, AFR? what else?

basicly I'm just asking for a good formula to get the power I desire.
I would also like to know what your setups are.

Thanks in advance,
Travis

Cam possibly a 244/248 .61X/.62X 112 or 114.
42# injectors
AFR heads 225's
Fast 90/90 setup
Dual springs will be a must.

No dish in the pistons. I think what you meant was valve reliefs. -2cc would probably work well for you.

yep that is what I meant.

Is the size of the relief dependant on the heads and the CR?

What should my target CR be? How will I acheive that?

I am illiterate with creating a CR and I know the cam choice/heads/pistons all play a part in that.
