What do you estimate this longblock is worth? I got a lead on a MTI built 427:
10K miles
C5R block
MTI stage 3 LS6 heads
R1 cam
it is from a Vette that ran 10.6 in the 1/4 last time I've seen it.
He wants ~ $8500 for it
If it passes the compression test, what would you say
Yeay or Ney ?
No power adders ever used on this car and he will throw in a 4000 YPT stall with it.

Thats an EXCELLENT price! The C5R BARE BLOCK itself is over 5 grand new...No sleeve dropping issues to worry about as well, very stout setup. Lingenfelter uses this block on the TT vettes....
