Quick LSA & ICL question

Quick LSA & ICL question If I had 2 identical cams (lets just use a 224/224 cam), but one was on a 112+4 and the other was on a 110+2, giving both cams a 108 ICL, would the valve events on the intake side be identical, and only the exhaust events change?
Am I understanding this or am I way off? I've read the cam stuff, still tryin to get it straight though.

The 110LSA cam will make better mid-range torque (because of later EVO) and will carry peak power out further in rpm (because your overlap is more intake-biased).
