Default difference between rebuild, forged and stroker...

ok, I could be wrong but I think the only difference between a stroker and a forged engine is the crankshaft right?

And my other question is what's the differnce between an LS1 rebuild and a forged 347? I pretty much know what a forged 347 is, just wondering how it's different than a rebuild, because I know a lot less about rebuilds.

All those terms are very closely realated here is an idea:
Rebuilt LS1- Factory rebuilt internals just like it came from the factory. You can buy a rebuilt block for a decent price, although you are getting stock quality.
Stroker- Replaced crankshaft that has a longer stroke, hence changing the cubic inch of the motor ie 383 stroker.
Forged- Rebuilt block with forged pistons, rods, and maybe crank. This can be combined with a forged stroker crank as well. Extremely strong setup.
Hope that helps a bit.

Well to obtain the 347 CID you will have different "forged" replacement internals. I have a 347 and a 346.
