Exclamation white smoke?

took a little road trip last week and bad things happened . i'm thinking i've got a bad head gasket. it's blowing a little white smoke and there's something getting in with the oil. it never over heated and there was no oil loss. i'm pretty new at all this, just wondering what you guys think.

White smoke=steam. Time for a compression and leakdown. Why not just face reality and start unbolting the heads.

And bolting some bad *** ones back on in place of those. But if you have a knock, it could be anything from detonation to a bearing.
