Default patriot performance

I have a 04 GTO. I planned on a set of patriot heads and cam. They have 2.02 and 2.05 intake valve options and cam options of 226-226 and 585 lift 112 lsa or 232 230 580 lift 110 lsa. 1.7 or 1.8 rockers. This is going to be a weekend driver. No track time It is a 6speed. Headers, cat back and options of ls6 or fast intake. What is the best combo of what I have listed or do you suggest something different? How about a tune or tuner? Any help would be a great benefit. Thanks

What brand is your cam? Does it have a choppy idle. Is the tuning hard to do? I have never done any kind of that. Is hp tuner better than a diablo preditor?

I ran the stage 2 "LS6" styel heads for almost three years with a 224/0.581/112 cam. Ran great till the shotblock started to go
