Depends on your shop, it shouldn't take but a couple days to yank the old one and install the new one, etc. It could be done in the same day if the shop is fast and has all the parts there. But some shops are busy and they make have you in line.

Your only doin a swap, I had a total rebuild done in a month. So I would HOPE it should only take few days at most!

if you're in a shop, and all the parts are there, and you've done it before... it can be done in one full day.
if you're doing it at home in the garage, and all the parts are there, and you've done it before... it can be done in one weekend.

if you dont have all the parts there, and/or you've never done it before, it can take all week.

I guess I'm in line but they said they cant do anything cuz they are waiting on parts for another car they are curently working on. I just wanted to get an idea cuz I dont want to be a pest to the guy whos doin the work for me.

this thread is not intended to flame anybody I'm just wondering what to expect.
all my parts are there so I just dont see why they cant do my car and get it out of the way.

Well **** then, the same day shouldn't be a problem, unless they break something or lose something, other than that it should be no sweat. You're a nice customer
