Default How Much To Mill Heads?

I just purchased a set of 241 heads that I'm porting and I was going to get the heads milled to bump the compression up. I'm thinking about either a TSP Torquer v.2 or a MS3 cam. How much should I get the heads milled without having to flycut the pistons? I was thinking .020. What would you guys suggest?

TSP said they once had someone run heads milled .015 on the Tq2. I also doubt you could mill at all on the MS3. Just bite the bullet and flycut the pistons. It was easy to do, and now im running heads milled .040 with the Tq2 without problems.
