Car surging

like the title says car surges when idling in drive and neutral just out of nowhere it jumps, can anyone tell me what this is or is it normal oh ya car is a4 as well with 49k miles

cam? you mean rpm jumps, could be too rich off idle.

ya i am just sitting there and the whole car like twist like its trying to launch its really weird, its almost like a hearbeat or some crap

Pull your pcm codes. You might have some issues. Maybe o2's etc.
Codes will help track it down.

ok i will try and find somewhere to get a free scan, but will my o2's cause the car to move like that????
