noise coming from motor 
i have 02 z28 and my motor started making this noise coming from pass side of motor it does it slightly at idle but if you crackthe throttle fast it gets louder when coming down from rpm sounds like a bunck of rocks in the motor i have overeved twice cus my clutch slips and i parked the car it dosnt sound real bad but im concerned car has 25k on it good oil psi dsnt smoke or run bad either and donst do it above 2k rpm help please!!!! 
pull the valve covers and rockers, then pull the pushrods and roll them on a flat pain of glass. You said you over-revved your motor. Could easily be a bent pushrod. Ver y common with these cars

thanx it dosnt burn oil or anything so that is very poss my friend has a ws6 and he had simaler noise and it ended up being timing chain his motor had 76k though is this also common
