It's not really either of their faults. They buy the cores from another company just like everyone else does. There are only a couple of places that makes the cores. EPC (Engine Power) and Crane (has it's own foundry) I have seen a batch of LS-1 cores just like this. This isn't usually checked when the cores come in...they just grab it from the shelf and grind it. You can rest assured that they are checking their cores now and pulling them off the shelf.

It's not a core issue (which is new for Cam Motion) it's a quality contol problem at Cam Motion. Which hopefully, like you said, it is being addressed

Well it is a core issue. If the core is machined incorrectly before it reaches Cam motion. I know all about this from Comp...been there done that.

Sounds like you got good support. Things will always go wrong, what makes a good company good is how they take care of you whrn chit does happen.

I'm still happy I went with Futral. I should be installing my F14 in a few weeks.
