Default Anyone know what this is?

I am thinking it is a pin from a rocker that broke off last year at the dyno. Everything is healthy on the motor. Did a leak down last week and the pistons looked good when heads were off in Feb. The piece is about a inch long. I found it on the drain plug when i was doing a oil change. Any help would be appreciated.Wasnt there tho in Feb. Last time I did a oil change. Going to do a leak down again. The motor runs as smooth as a babies bottom.
