cometic question Im doing a head swap on a car, & the owner wants to re-use the cometic head gaskets. My question is will I need to spray them with the copper sealer spary before I re-use them? Or is there anything special I need to do to them. Ive never dealt with these, Im a firm believer in the GM gaskets myslef.
Call up cometic for the details. I believe they need to sit over night before reusing them. I always spray the cometic gaskets with copper spray. It ensures a good seal. I am of the idea that it won't hurt and it could help so why not.
