Default CR and DCR questions about my set up.

I need to know if this is doable...

Set up:

Stage II Darts from TSP ~62cc
G5X3 cam

Should I go with .030" or .040" gaskets. I want the CR ~11.1 - ~11.3.

I know I will have to notch the pistons ( -2 cc is what LGM said) but I was worried about the DCR.. Too high?

CR I came up with 11.98 CR.. Is this right?
