Stropes Speed Shop Thinking about using Stropes Speed Shop in Washingtom PA for a H/C Package on my MN6. Has anyone got experience with these guys? What are your recommendations. Please either respond to this post, PM me or email at jaymullen@earthlink.net.

I don't feel like typing out my whole experience so I'll just say steer clear of those hillbilly knuckleheads.

I'm getting the message. I've also gotten quotes from LPE, Cartek and Vette Dr's. I know all three are excellent Tuners but the 7 - 8 hour drive each way is a drawback.
Guess I'll have to rethink that.
Any good tuners in the Pittsburgh area???

Wouldn't let them work on my kids bicycles...
Don't have any experience with JJ's, but GMR Speed in Ohio is not too far and they do some excellent tuning. My first tune was done by Mikey @ Rapid - he did a great job - just didn't like the 4.5 hr drive each way

Can you post the contact info for GMR Speed?
I've been to the Vette Dr's facility here near Washington DC and it is second to none. Never had any work done by them but by judging by their facilities they are a top notch place. I imagine they cost alittle more though. If you want some real world feedback on them post on some of the C5 forums they have the real scoop.
