why does that car make so much horsepower and the torque curve is so much lower?? it doesnt show but it looks like its about 250-300rwtq less than rwhp? why do our cars keep the hp/torque curves so much closer together? just bored and curious.

maybe its because tq(rpm)/5252 = hp

make 400tq @ 6000rpm that is ~457hp (like our cars)
make 400tq @ 8000rpm that is ~609hp (like their cars)

thats why 400hp supras
500hp supras
and 600hps supras all run 12's

depends on what rpm they want to make their peak torque
