Default Ported TB on non-cammed ls1 ?
I have an 01 SS, is a ported TB going to hurt me or even be worth the money, let me know

It wont hurt any and as far as worth the money????
That depends on what you feel is a good dollar per HP ratio.
Most good ported TB will pick up 3-6HP on a stock LS1.

i felt a difference in throttle response. ever little bit helps and for about 120 bucks, it is hard to beat

It was worth it for me. I got one when I swapped to an LS6 intake.
