Tons of great info there that will help you decide. Also be sure to try and read many of the posts that have already cover this subject. It is there you jsut have to look.
As far as my knowledge of what you have asked, Don't worry too much about your gas mileage. Even if you get a fairly large cam you can still have great gas mileage IF you get a good tune. Your tune is really what can determine your gas mileage from what I hear.
