Default Knock sensor question...

Would it be okay to just delete my knock sensors? About a week after the cam istall and dyno tune, the #1 knock sensor went bad. 3 weeks later, #2 goes bad. I haven't changed out #2 yet, because I'm not sure if I should even worry about it, or just get them deleted. Any thoughts??

They may be just fine:
If you have EFILive try this, .

Change the burst KR to zero from 40c to 100c across.
LABELS Seconds
ECT °C 0 20 40 60 80 100 120
40 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
50 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
60 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
70 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
80 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
90 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
100 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000

then bump the sensor frequency, and filter. At least this way they are not turned off and just bumped up.

who did the dyno tune? can they adjust more for you. KR sounds more like they are find and just running either to much spark, to lean or a combo of both.
