Hey .. I want to keep my car real stock for now as far as motor goes.. but i met a man.. whom said he worked for crane cams r & d .. long story short i told him what i was doing and i dont want to get into cam and heads right nw intake maybe.. ok ill get to my Q ...

he told me to put these on with duel springs and buy the Tool also ..

i dont want to tell any one and keep the premis that i have not done internals what do yall think of the upgrade ?

yes give people time to respond, lol. you will get a little power out of those but i dont know about 20hp. you will get more lift and then with the 1.8r. you will need to do springs though as you stated. i would suggest the 918's.

thanks wasnt sure being new..

another Q .. i heard ls1 bend push rods?? he did not say anything.. but wanted to make sure.. what i want to do is get alittle extra with out people hearing a cam .. i have hi flow cats but no headers or y yet ..
