Can't remove rear pass side head bolt
..it is totally unscrewed but when puling it out, it hits the plastic AC evaporator housing...is there a trick to removing it?
This is during a head install...I cleaned all the bolt holes like ls1howto.com suggests, but that one was extremely hard to snug down...so I want to pull it out and check the bolt/hole without having to remove the rest of the bolts which I already torqued to 22 ft lbs.
TIA

if you have only torqued them to 22Ft. Lbs and not turned them the additional 90 degrees on the first pass, and 90 degrees on the second pass, the bolts are not "stretched" yet and can be re-used.
As far as getting that bolt out. I am not too sure if there is anything I can tell you to help

Ya I didn't want to start to degree the bolts till I was sure there wasn't a problem....so I removed one bolt I could get to (GM Bolts) and the thread locker was pretty much all gone (still in hole)...will this cause any problems?
