Bank 2 Side Plugs All Black

i was getting the p0300 and teh bank 2 sensor 1 code

i changed plygs and 02s twice already the bank 2 plugs all of them wer pitch black after a month or so and teh other side was normal lil white,,,,, the plugs that wer blak was just as blak as the 02 sensor,,,

I'd check for an exhaust leak between the head and O2 sensor on that bank.

i dont hear one and all the bolts are tight but one bolt is kind of cross threaded a bit and i dont wanna break it in the the head
