Default cam question

i was browsing cams and came across a comp cam that had a 112 +2 lsa....... i know that the 112 is the lobe seperation but what is the difference with the +2 at the end?

It has 2+ degress ground into the cam!

That's the number of degrees of advance ground into the cam. If you install it "straight up" you will still have 2 degrees of Cam advance built in not ignition advance....
