Default Valve Springs???

I Was wondering what valve springs would be better for an F13 cam.. would the Comp 26918 beehive's work fine or would ya'll recommend duals.. like prc's or something.. also before i do order an F13 which cam do ya'll think will be the best performer cam..

F13 - 230/232 duration .595/.585 lift on a 112 LSA
MS3 - 237/242 duration .603/.609 lift on a 113 LSA
HPE S cam - 238/242 .608/.612 lift on a 115 LSA

I know that the MS3 and HPE's S cam are bigger but i've heard good things from F13.. let me know

Just get this..
TSP Camshaft, PRC Spring Kit & Pushrod Package, it comes with Your Choice of Camshaft, Comp PRC Spring Kit with titanium retainers and valve seats, and Hardened Chromoly Pushrods, and get th ms3. the springs might be overkill as they are good too .660" but if you ever wanna go bigger than you wont have to change springs. It goes for $699.99. Ofcourse i dont know much about the f13 it might be better all around, I just say this kit cause its pretty much complete.

Comp 918's will work fine with this application, but beware you are on the upper end of the lift spec. on those springs which is .600" as you know. If you go to a higher ratio rocker, or have milled heads, you will want to consider the 921's.

Our Patriot Gold duals will work great with the F13. The complete kit with springs, ti retainers, machined Super 7 locks, machined spring bases, and viton seals is only $255.00. We recently had a customer bring in a set that he had been running for over 25k and they were all right the advertised rates. They will perform very well and last a long while.
