new to the cams Well in the next few days/weeks i'll be picking up an ls1.
I would like to get some info on cams for these cars. Like what supporting mods are needed for a "larger," streetable cam. My goal with the car is to be in the 11's.

You will need new springs, pushrods, oil pump possibly, timing chain...

Honestly, i dont know how big of a cam i want. I want it right on the edge or daily driver/track. Im at the track 4 times a month, but its also my daily driver. I don't do much highway driving. I was hoping i can get a few ideas of what to look at (life wise).
