No, the stock pump is good to almost 400RWHP. But be advised, the stock LS1 fuel pump is one of the weak links of the car. Don't trust it for too long!
Fuel pumps are cheap, go with a Racetronix plug and play; it is a fairly easy install that will take you a Saturday and a case of beer. Check out last months GM High Tech for a step by step.
