Do your self a favor before you go and just throw any pushrod length in the car. Buy the tool to measure push rod length and go form that. Not what people say they think you need. Learned that after I bought the wrong push rods.

And by the way, my ls6 cam swap took 7.40's to be quiet and have the right length.

wow this has got me nervous! How hard is it to line up the dots on these gears, ive read the cam install how to's and writeups but **** i cant afford valvetrain damage. Ok so the base circle is smaller on the ls6 cam which requires a different length push rod. So when i go with a cam motion camshaft what do people use for pushrod length? Sorry for the hijack....

Its not hard to put it in time at all.. We just thought it said line up the marks well we lined up a line and a dot instead of the two dots. You dont HAVE to have different pushrods but it does help.

Obviously your timing was off. Make sure you have the sprockets dot to dot at top dead center. Install 7.450" pushrods. If you took the oil pump off make sure you buy a new o-ring and replace it. That should solve ALL of your problems. Low oil pressure from o-ring. Ticking from pushrods.
No they are not hardened pushrods which is good hopefully the pushrods gave before it mangled up all the valves. My question is what would cause every other pushrod to bend?

Timing was off. I don't see how it's possible to not have bent exhaust valves. You need to use hardened pushrods too. Sometimes the spring pressure can cause deflection in the pushrods if they aren't hardened.

Exhaust valves are last to close when the piston is up, correct?

On the exhaust stroke. Then again that's the only time the valves are even close to being open is on the exhaust stroke.

Running it out of time was much worse than you think.
You really need to pull the heads and get the valves checked thoroughly.
Very good chance at least some valves are bent.
Bent valves will wipe out the seats and guides, not seal, and will eventually break off and fall into the engine causing much more damage.

If all the exhaust pushrods bent, then all of the exhaust valves have hit the pistons at least once. The pistons may even be cracked now.

You are in for a looking. If the valves hit hard enough to bend the pushrods that much what do you think the valves look like? Just think about it for a little while. Then look at your pictures of the pushrods then think again
