how hard it is to fixing rod bearing or gotta take the block out to rebuild?

Sorry but its time for a rebuild. I am putting mine back together right now from a spun rod bearing

Depends on what kind of rebuild you want to do. I have shopped around and found great deals on parts and have about $1k in my shortblock.

tsench, I feel your pain.
Just drug my LT1 back home from the mechanic. Spun bearing. He wants $3600 for the reman. (he will only buy from GM Delco) + $1200 or so for the install + incidentals.
