cam help...stalling and surging

cam help...stalling and surging i just had a cam put in with pulley, 3400 stall and headers. i also have 373 gears. the cam is a 224 112. it stalls out at times and surges a lot. the idle is set to 900 rpms. what could be the problem? how could i fix it? thank you

i might just have to try and get a tune from tsp...i will call the guy who done the tune and see if he can fix it a little for me thanks everyone oh i am in pennsylvania
