ET Performance heads

From all the research I did on heads the conclusion I came to was these are the best heads for a stock bottom end LS1. They look fantastic and should slightly outflow AFR205's! I highly recommend these heads if money and time are not an issue (takes a few months to get them).

Looking at flow numbers while the ET's outflow the Patriots on the intake, the Patriots actually outflow the ET's on the exhaust. I assume the slightly larger intake valve on the ET's (.020") is where the bigger flow numbers are coming from on that side. Is there more to a good set of heads besides flow numbers ?

Yes, there is a lot more too it than flow numbers, though it is a very easy numerical comparison, it does not seperate one head from another. Take two heads that flow very close to the same and one makes 40-60 more hp. I see it all the time. the 11 degree valve angle and moved valve centerlines allow for a much more efficient fill of the cylinder. The spark plug location, etc. Our flow numbers posted are without a pipe. They are much higher with a pipe.
