installing f-13 needs help asap

while installing my f-13 I put a scrach on the cam bearing is this a problem.You can see it but barely feel it, help me out.thanks

Cam bearing are pretty tough. They have to be to survive cam installs/removals. If it is not a bad scratch, just a surface flaw I would not worry. My cam bearings were not perfect when swapping mine out either.
