Help, before i finish head install

Help, before i finish head install Worried about gaskets now 
...I just bought a set of PP cnc 243's an am right in the middle of the install, when i read about gasket differences. I bought stock replacement graphite gaskets for my 2001 TA. Some say as long as its not 853 castings that require a recess, then my 01 gaskets will seal my 243's fine........got one head on, other installed tomorrow. Dont want to tear down all over again
