Okay I finally just got my 5.3 heads in the mail. Cam with everything needs to just bolt them right on. BUT! I really dont wanna do that. I want to get the most out of them that I can money isnt an issue either I will pay what I have to, to run them right. So my question to you is. Bieng that im not really experience with machining numbers and what not. What do I do when I take them to the shop? And what would I get done to them? I mean obviously port and polish them. But do I just walk in and say hear port and polish these?
Id say I would buy bigger vlaves to right? Where would I rder those from and what size?


Also im going to be making my own coil relocation kit. So what kind plug wires do I need to buy that are long enough to do that with?

And last one where do I buy head gaskets from for this type of swap?
