Default Rate my combo

I want a drivable combo with the ability to run lower 12's. Currently I run high twelves with a stock 2001 LS6 blocked engine in a 78 vette. I've added custom built 1 7/8" headers to 3 1/2" collectors, Thunder racing MAF, and computer mods.

I want to add the following parts. What should I expect.

Comp Cam 269 grind
Specs
Lift In 525 Ex 532
114 split
Duration In 216 Ex 220 at .50

Comp Springs
915's Basic better than stock replacements.

Comp Pro Mag Roller Rockers
1.85

And of course new push rods.

Can I expect around 375 rwph with this combo? I dyno'ed 319 rwhp stock.

looks like a small cam, i would say around 360rwhp... if ur going all out with a cam, why not a magic stick, or a cam just big enough befor flycuting. if you not going all out go with a 231/237 from tsp its a really nice cam.

I already own the cam, just need to install it. Comp say's 591 intake and 594 exhaust with the 1.85's. Should be to small. I want 114 for long drives and easy pcm programming.

At the minimum I'd go with Comp 918's for the added security. Also, I have a 113lsa and i've put 1k miles on my car during my move and it never gave me crap at all.

I think that cam is a bit small, personally but if you want subtle/light duty that definately would be a great setup.

Everyone keeps saying 918's, but why? The 915's are only 40lbs heavier. The 915 at 1.20 and the 918 at 1.15.

If you are going to cam, then go big. Lot of work for low HP increase. I didn't have to flycutt pistons with my G5X3 until I got a set of Milled Afr 205's 59cc
Check my sig, I doubt you'll see 375 rwhp with such a small cam and the exhaust you noted. 319 rwhp bone stock is nice though, you might. Look into the G5X3 with 921 comp Dual springs. Should add 55-70 rwhp all by itself. Your exhast with the cam could get you to 400 rwhp possibly. Hey man I hope my .02 cents helps you out. Good luck, let us know how it went.
