Default 408 guys..??

Basically I'm looking to step it up a notch and I'm considering the TSP 408 longblock set up. My question is for you guys running a motor like this or similar to it, how streetable is it. I'm wanting to keep my A/C and be able to drive it often but I also want the luxury of having 525-550 NA and being able to handle a 200 shot with no worry. Is this set up ok for daily use? Thanks for any input.

I have a 408 from LME with a 248/254 114+2 cam. I still have all factory accessories (a/c, power steering, etc). Car makes over 500 to the tires through a set of 1 3/4" headers and a factory SLP dual/dual catback (leaving a good 30-40 on the table versus an open exhaust). My car gets driven 800+ miles per week.

I would personally recommend a little bit smaller cam than what I have though, while my setup does work, it is on the edge of keeping all the vacuum accessories operational. I'd be more inclined (and I still may do so in the future) of going with a cam similar to 2c5s, which is a 238/242, or maybe a 240/244. It'd make it a little bit more friendly to drive.

Heads: AFR 225 small bore/small chamber, chamber opened up to 4.030" bore and milled to 63cc, otherwise untouched.

Intake: FAST 90/Nick Williams 90mm TB. All unported... eventually I'll pull the intake back off and send it to Tony @ AFR to be ported and pick up a few more ponies
