Hey Bud, Go To Vinici's Website, His Instructions Are Alot Better And He Only Calls For 1 And 3/4" Of Turn. I Have Put Several Sets Of These Rockers On Myself, And After You Do It Once Or Twice, It's Easy But Time Consuming. Thanks Joe

When you actually start adjusting the rockers you dont spin the motor at all. You could bend a valve.
I spun my motor a few times when setting 0 lash. I turned it in 180* turns by hand probably 6 times. You can keep spinning for 0 lash until you feel ok that your at 0. You just barely need to snug the nut with your fingers. I just wanted to be safe.
After the last checking for 0 lash you dont spin the motor after that. I then went a 1/4 turn at a time waiting around 10 minutes in between turns. I only went about 1 and 1/2 turns and locked them down. I pretty much have zero vavletrain noise with my setup. Dont just crank down the turns without waiting. The lifters need to bleed down as you go or you'll bend a valve or possibly get some lifter issues if you dont wait in between.
Are you using these with the stock setup? Did you get the kit or just the rockers? They are designed for a short pushrod. They come with a 7.250 pushrods just to throw that out there.
