Default comp cam questions

ok so i got a new comp cam the other day.
here are the specs:

Duration
212 intake
218 exhaust

lift,
.522 intake
.527 exhaust

116 (I think) lobe separation.

anyone around here run a similar cam? if so how is the idle and overall performance. also do i need new valve springs?? this thing is goin into a motor that will rarely see more than 3000 miles per year so longevity isn't a major concern.

that was the first cam that i had purchased.idle will be like stock especially if tuned at all. u will get a little performance from it . no u dont need new valve springs for that cam. i ran the stockers with no problems (they had 70,000 miles on them). i ended up stepping up to a cam that was much larger.

thanx for the reply, i wont be going any bigger as i am building this to be a torquey motor for rockcrawling not to rev its brains out on the road.
