Default PRC CNC'd LS6 heads.

I was looking at these heads on Texas-speed website. They seem to be a good price...almost affordable. I was wondering how these heads would perform with a TR227 cam... 227/224 .572/.567 114lsa. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also, what kind of gains are you all seeing from these heads. I made 380rwhp untuned, do you think 420rwhp would be atainable?

Thanks

It's very possible, but don't focus on just high peak numbers. I'm sure your 227/224 curve is VERY flat. That's what's going to make a fun street car and fast times.

yeah, i really like this cam because of power under the curve. it runs with cars with bigger cams no problem, i would just like better power overall. It makes a lot of lifter noise..i think...so i would like to put lifters in and ported heads. i just want heads that will compliment this cam..

Heads will compliment any cam. I could see those working well for you. Mill them as much as you can before P to V issues. High compression will make it fun.
