Default MS4 and dual spring maintenence

Somone who is running tsp's MS4 cam package, how often should they change the dual springs? 20k?

When they need it??

If you want you could always do them as part of a service at a set interval, but I don't really think you state that it must be this milage or else kind of thing.

If you beat on the car all the time in the high rpms and/or use a decent shot of nitrous the wear is going to be increased. If you spend 80%+ of those 20k miles babying it in town or at 50mph on the freeway then they will last a lot longer.

I had 30K on a .600 lift cam and they didnt lose a pound of spring pressure. I drove almost exclusively highway miles.

with lift like that though i dont think i'd be comfortable putting that much milage on em, but then again im more of a conservative person w. maintence

The springs should last quite a while guys. If you are concerned with wear, pull a couple off at 10k and have the pressures checked and see where they are. I have run them in my car with a .646" lift cam for 15k along with a 300 shot and they are perfect! I don't think you will have any issues with them.

Thanks for the info as I just ordered this setup monday. Will let ya'll know the outcome when I get it up and running.
