bad idle ... need help

Recently installed my new cam and from the get go ive had a shitty idle at start up. When the car is started it will die down to about 100-200rmps then jump up and down for about 10 seconds until it stabilizes. I dont really mind this to much because once it stabilizes its fine for the whole ride. However if i try and just go or if it dies out the damn thing will want to stall for the whole ride whenever the clutch is in
i dunno if i got a shitty tune or what but i dunno what to do
if anyone has any suggestions as to what i could tell the tuner to fix please chime in

I have this same exact problem after installing an ls6 cam and porting my throttle body.
I found the best thing to do is give it like 10% throttle while turning the key, let the RPMs climb up to about 1100 or so then ease off the throttle, it holds somewhere around 500rpm after that and then 10-30 seconds later it goes up to where it should be.

the idle screw on your tb just turn it in alil. its hard to see with the tb on the car but its a small torx screw. the tb is cake to take off.. so if you can't get to it with it on, just take the tb off.
Take the idle screw out, it will be facing upside down, and insert it through the top. Screw it all the way down, and back off one turn. Start the car and let it find the idle. If it still dies, turn the screw one more full turn.
When I did my cam swap, this was told to me to do. I believe mine is turned 2 full turns.

I have recently done the TB bump stop mod with a friend on my car. we had to take almost half an inch off of the bumpstop and had to reposition the throttle cable to get full throttle from inside the car. after doing this my cold start idle problems are 99% gone. my idle volts went from like .47 to .6 or something on the voltometer.
