Fast 90 / NW 90 worth it for me?
I was just wondering if it would be worth the money to get the fast intake and the NW 90 TB? with my current modifications (listed below, dyno numbers are on a stock TB
)... on a stock displacement engine. I heard ALOT of good things about it, but when i got the H/C done at MTI, the guys there said i shouldnt get the Fast90/90 (cant imagine why they would say that, its just more money im giving them). They said that i could possibly lose alot of low end power i believe they said. Something about a vette had it done there and lost alot down low, and just had the 90/90 removed.
So basically is it worth it to get the Fast 90, maybe get another 20ish rwhp or should i just stick with what i got and spend the 2 grand on a 12 bolt rear?

Id stick with your current setup. Unless you had the LS1 intake yes, but you got the LS6. Not much bang for buck trying the 90/90....then again its your money your car, but I would not.
do u have a LS6 intake??if not i would go that route and a ported throttle body..it will give you good gains...the 90/90 would help but imo it only comes into play after 6500 rpms..for extra gains with it..if you are reving to 7000 i would get the 90/90 if not then i wouldnt spend the money...just my.02

Its a pretty mild cam, not very big. And yes it does have the LS6 Intake now with an MTI ported/polished TB.
I guess its not worth it, i rarely drive the car at that high of RPM's, if i do its only up there for a very breif period of time
